It's been a while since I last blogged here but here I am back again. I haven't been blogging not because I had those typical writer's block but getting inspired to write has always been my problem but my recent absence is because I had quit my job and was basically trying to figure out what I want to do with my life and while I'm still trying to figure it out, I thought I share my old inspirations that got me started in blogging. Fifi Lapin - the rabbit that got me to be interested in blogging and now this bunny has become a brand of its own.
One of the many things that I like to do is writing so back in early 2000s, web tech introduced me to blogging and before I could start, I decided first to find out what is blogging and the first blog that I came across with was Fifi Lapin. Fifi Lapin is a fashion blog that feature a white bunny donning designer runway pieces. The sketch and the blog written from the perspective of a bunny just caught my attention. Little did I know that after years of following Fifi Lapin, the blog and the bunny became a brand of its own.

At one point Fifi Lapin collaborated with Juicy Couture. The years after of course, the bad bunny did collaborated with other brands which sealed her position as one of the most successful bunnies in the fashion industry. Frankly speaking, she was my inspiration behind me wanting to blog about fashion. Fifi Lapin started simply just a sketching herself dressed in top designers brands. She got so popular that she released her own fashion book, which I still have never got my hands on them...yet (I'm still broke).
Nevertheless, even though her popularity currently isn't as high as in the early and mid 2000s, Fifi Lapin still remains relevant. I don't think she blogs as frequently as the last time I check, her last blog post is in 2020. I do know that she still updates her social medias especially her Instagram.

Just like Lauren Conrad, The Olsen Twins and Kristin Cavallari, Fifi Lapin is also one of those entrepreneurs that I look up to and aspire to be like - that is in handling my own business which revolves around the fashion industry. I do get envious watching all these people gaining the successes that they do but I can only blame myself as I do not have the hardworking mentality like them and I guess in short, because I wanted to impress those around me, I gave up on what I am passionate about and just went with the typical road to finding success.
Fifi Lapin may not be as relevant as she was before but she is still someone that I look up to and admittedly, even though I did stop looking up on all these people that use to inspire me, now that I am back to wanting to do all this again - blogging, vlogging, designing and being more involve in fashion and K-Pop, I am back to looking up on my favourite furry icon. Fifi may not be the current generation's favourite fashion bunny, but to some of her old fans like me, she still one of the bunniest fashion icon.
